Opportunity Job Fair Registration

Corporate registration begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at the Alumni Center. During registration your company will receive a folder with further information on the Stanford Engineering School and an evaluation sheet.

Meals

Two meals will be provided to you at the Job Fair on Saturday, January 24, 2009. There will be a continental breakfast served near the McCaw Hall starting at 9:00 AM. In addition, box lunches will be available starting at 11:30 AM.

Handling of Corporate Materials

If you will be bringing recruiting materials to the OJF and you prefer to ship them, ship them to the following address:

The OJF committee takes responsibility for delivering your recruiting material to your assigned table in the Alumni Center. Please be warned that material improperly shipped or shipped too late may not reach your table in time. Shipments must be received no later than noon on Friday, January 23, 2009.

You must arrange for the pickup of your material from the OJF site on January 24, 2009 immediately following the fair. Stanford University and the OJF Committee will not be responsible for shipping recruiting material back to your corporation or to another destination. All material must be removed by 5:30 PM. Stanford has arranged for Fedex to be in front of the Alumni Center at 4:00PM on January 24 to pick up recruiting material with the proper shipping papers.
