Both undergraduate and graduate engineering and science students.

In January 2008, 900 Stanford students attended the Job Fair.

When will invitations be mailed?
Initial invitations will be mailed mid-August 2008. After August, invitations will be mailed on a request basis.
What is the registration fee?
$1000 per table
How many recruiting representatives are allowed?
Three representatives maximum per table.
What is included in the fee?
One table and three chairs, admittance to the Job Fair Reception, complimentary breakfast and lunch on the day of the Job Fair.
May I bring a display and/or booth?
Yes, as long as it fits on or around the provided 3’ x 8’ table.
What is the registration procedure?
Registration is online this year. Your invitation will include the online registration link. After registration your screen will return an acknowledgement message and an information document with directions to the Fair, where to park, etc.
What and when is the Job Fair Reception?
The reception is in the afternoon of Friday, January 23, 2009, from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
It is a structured event with speakers from the School of Engineering and presidents of the sponsoring technical societies, as well as several exhibits of students’ technical projects. A snack buffet will be served. Selected engineering students from the sponsoring societies are invited to mingle with recruiters before and after the presentations. The reception location is the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center.
