Opportunity Job Fair Employer Check-in

Corporate check-in begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at the Alumni Center. During check-in your company will receive a folder with further information on the Stanford School of Engineering and an evaluation sheet.

Meals

Meals will be provided for up to three company representatives. There will be a continental breakfast served near the McCaw Hall starting at 9:00 a.m. Box lunches will be available starting at 11:30 a.m.

Handling of Corporate Materials

You can bring recruiting materials with you to the OJF or, if you prefer, ship them to the following address between January 18 and January 28, 2010:

The OJF committee takes responsibility for delivering your recruiting materials to your assigned table in the Alumni Center. Please be warned that materials improperly shipped or shipped too late may not reach your table in time. Shipments must be received no later than noon on Friday, January 22, 2010.

You must arrange for the pickup of your materials from the OJF site on January 30, 2010 immediately following the fair. Stanford University and the OJF Committee will not be responsible for shipping materials back to your corporation or to another destination. All boxes and other materials must be removed by 5:30 PM. If using FedEx, we have arranged for them to be in front of the Alumni Center at 4:00 PM on January 30. You can drop your packed materials at the FedEx truck if you have proper shipping papers completed.
