When and where is the Job Fair?
Saturday, January 30, 2010, 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center
326 Galvez Street, Stanford University
Check-in for companies begins at 9:00 a.m.
Doors are opened to students at 10:30 a.m.
Who is invited to the Job Fair?
Organizations that hire engineering, science and/or math students.
How many organizations usually attend the Job Fair?
In January 2009, over 90 recruiting organizations attended.
What types of students are invited to the Job Fair?
Undergraduate and graduate engineering, math, chemistry, physics and biological science students are encouraged to attend.
How many students usually attend the Job Fair?
In January 2009, approximately 1000 Stanford students attended the Job Fair.
What was the breakdown of attending students by major and class for 2009?

When will invitations be mailed?
Invitations will be mailed mid-August 2009.
What is the registration fee?
$1000 per table
What is the registration procedure?
Register online for the Opportunity Job Fair by logging in to Cardinal Careers. If you do not have a Cardinal Careers account, please click "Register" and complete the short online profile. Once you receive your password by email, you can log in and find the Opportunity Job Fair link on the main page under "Quick Links."
How many recruiting representatives are allowed?
Three representatives’ maximum per table.
What is included in the fee?
One table and three chairs, admittance to the Job Fair Reception, complimentary breakfast and lunch on the day of the Job Fair.
May I bring a display and/or booth?
Yes, as long as it fits on or behind the provided 3’ x 8’ table without infringing on another employer’s space.
What and when is the Job Fair Reception?
The reception is Friday afternoon, January 29, 2010, from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
It is a structured event with speakers from the School of Engineering and presidents of the sponsoring technical societies, as well as several exhibits of students’ projects. A snack buffet will be served. Selected engineering students from the sponsoring societies are invited to mingle with recruiters before and after the presentations. The reception location is the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center.
