The Frederick Emmons Terman Engineering Scholastic Award
The Frederick Emmons Terman Engineering Scholastic Award is presented to the students that rank academically in the top five percent of the graduating senior class. Each recipient nominates a high school teacher who has been most influential in the student's academic career. Terman, who was Dean of the School of Engineering from 1944 to 1958, initiated this award program, which is now named in his honor.
